Happy New Year!

Well the new year is almost here. This year has been a crazy one!!! Lets see....ON January 2nd David asked me to marry him and I said yes! So we started planing our Halloween wedding. Then in June we started TTC seeing that we had been together for so long and thought it was time to start a family. Then on October 31st David and I were married and it was a great day. Everyone had a wonderful time and can't wait to have another party this next Halloween! Then on November 11th or 12th David and I conceived our baby! I remember telling him, this is it honey, I really could get pregnant, I know I am ovulating, so if you don't want a baby, we need to do something different or use something. He obviously didn't want to change a thing and on November 27th I got my BFP!!!!! I am so happy to be expecting my first baby! There is a lot to look forward to in this year!!!

Happy Birthday Lilly!

Today is me niece's 4th birthday!!! Time has flown! I remember holding her right after she was born...she was so small and cute! Now today she is talking my ear off and running all around the house!! I got her a baby doll that can go in the tub with her and some clothes. She loves them. :)

For me, today was OK. spent some time with DH and the family. But i had wicked bad M/S today. I made up for yesterday...that's for sure. :( Oh well. This baby is worth it, and more.

NO M/S TODAY!

THANK GOD! I have not had any m/s today! It's a miracle! So I'm working 2nd shift today and getting a feel for it. I start working 3rd most of the time next Thursday. I am so happy about that! No more being alone at night while pregnant! That's all for now. :)

Stuck at work

So we had a little snow storm last night. Well I guess it was a bit bigger than I thought. The state has declared a state of Emergency. So I am stuck at work, and if the 2nd shift guy calls out, I will be here for 24 hrs! Yay! I don't have much for food either. But I will take what I want from the cafateria. This will be fun. :( not.

My life ATM

I am married to my best friend David and have been since October 31, 2009. About 1 week after our honey moon we conceived our first child. I am 7 weeks and 1 day pregnant and Dave and I are so happy about it! I also have 2 cats, a snake and a spider. (the spider is Dave's) I work for a security company and David works for an ATM repair company. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and are looking for a 3 bedroom to make room for the little one.

My first ultrasound is right around the corner on January 12th! I can't wait! I will be 10 weeks and 1 day by then! Time is going so slow! So far the pregnancy has not been too bad, I have been having morning/all day sickness, but when I am feeling my lowest I just remember that morning sickness means that I have high hormone levels and that my baby is more than likely doing just fine.

David is saying that I am having a boy, I think it's going to be a girl. I will love my baby no matter what gender she/he is, but I have to say girl things are cuter. LOL. My friend Pennie tested me with the pendulum and she said girl. I don't say it's going to be a girl just because that is what I want, I say it because I believe I connected with the spirit of my future child before we conceived. Way before even. She was just waiting for the right time. I believe that you child chooses when to be born and if, God Forbid, something were to go wrong, that spirit of the child would just go back to waiting till it is time for them to come into your lives for good. Maybe that has to do with my religion. I am Wiccan. I follow a nature based religion that believes in reincarnation, among other things.
